Declaration of Independence

The eighth graders of room 207 would like to declare our independence from Mr. Skonecki. "King" David Skonecki has proven his unfairness which makes it necessary for us to declare our rights of independence. Declaring our independence from Mr. David Skonecki will allow everyone to be treated equally.

We, as eight graders of MPS A.E. Burdick, room 207 would like to declare our rights. Every man, woman, and child ever born has three rights that Mr. David Skonecki, nor anyone else regardless of who they are can take. These three rights are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Grievances

We have many grievances against Mr. David Skonecki that imply our non-independence rights:

1. He doesn't take the students outside much.
2. He nicknames his students (ahem me) different names that have no resemble to their real name, for example like Mary.
3. He threatens his students.
4. He favors the other class (room 205).
5. He hits his students especially on the head.
6. He drinks a lot of coffee.
7. If his students are chewing gum, he makes them out it on their noses.
8. He jokes around a lot but sometimes we don't know if he is or not.
9. He thinks hes king and the principal is god.
10. He calls his students to answer a question and while we are trying to answer, he tends to cut us off.
11. He locks the computers whenever he wants.

Therefore we, the students of 207 attending MPS A.E. Burdick, would like to declare our independence from Mr.
David Skonecki. With our independence, we will govern our own classroom, making up rules and rights that we all agree on and find necessary.
