We the people of Class 207 attending A.E. Burdick School, in order to form a more perfect classroom, establish the right to be relaxed, to be happy, and to be safe. We also have the right to nourishment and to an education. Therefore, establish this Constitution of classroom 207 at A.E. Burdick School.
Article l: (Legislative Branch)
Our country of Room 207, will be one whole team working together. We will have two representatives. To determine who will be our two representatives, we will have a vote every month and a half. When we have elected our two representatives and their term of a month and a half in office is over, the current representatives can vote for the next two representatives of the class. No one should be elected as a representative unless they are at least thirteen years old or older, at least have a 1.5 GPA, and have been attending Burdick for at least one year now. The representatives shall pass rules, pass laws, collect taxes, and assure cooperation. If the President finds that any representative seems not to apply this, they may have the power to replace them with someone the country agrees on having as a representative.
Article ll: (Executive Branch)
Our country of Room 207 will have a President and a Vice President. The President can serve a term of two months and can be elected only twice, which would be a total of four months. The Vice President serves the same amount of time. No one should be elected as President or Vice President unless they have been going to Burdick for at least two years now, they must have a GPA of at least 2.5, they must be at least 13 years old, and they must live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The President must protect the class from any harm, he/she suggests the punishments if his/her people misbehaves, he/she shall also assure good achievements. The Vice President shall be an assistant to the President for these duties. If the people find that the President is not doing as implied and all the people agree, they can remove him/her from office and the Vice President should become President. If the people find that the Vice President which is now the President is not doing what is implied, the people can also have him/her removed from office as well if all agree. If this happens, they shall have a new election for President and Vice President.

Our country of Room 207 will have a supreme court of two members, one boy and one girl. Each will serve a term of one month and can be re-elected. The qualifications of being a member of the supreme court are, you must be at least thirteen years old, must attend Burdick, and must have a GPA at least 2.0 or higher. The supreme court members must make sure rules follow the constitution. If the President finds that they are not implying this, they can have them removed and replaced by someone that everyone agrees on.

We have the freedom of speech unless it is use as harm.
We have the right to movement.
We have the right to have breaks.
We have the right to be safe.
We have the right to sit were we want as long as we don't take it over the limit.
We have the right to no homework on weekends unless it is extremely important like a project.
We have the right to speak our mind as long as it does not contain inappropriate language or does not offend anyone.
We have the right to listen to music in class to help us relax as long as the volume stays quiet.
